Tapping

Tapping also known as Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT, is a somatic technique which removes emotional blockages. It is easy to learn and most effective when led by a Certified Practitioner. Defined in the early 1990s by a Stanford educated electrical engineer, Gary Craig, based on work done by American psychologist Dr. Roger Callahan. Since Gary Craig’s development of Tapping, many organizations have embraced, tested, and endorsed the method.

Whether meeting in person, over the telephone, or virtually, clients worldwide work with Dr. Nall to overcome stress and anxiety about work, relationships, self-esteem, and life changes. After personal sessions, the most repeated response is: “I feel so much lighter.” To date, no one started sessions with stating felt heavy! It is humbling to watch clients as they tap. Yes, Dr. Nall taps along with clients while she witnesses physical relaxation take place during the tapping sessions.

As a new and effective method, Tapping has been approved by the Veterans’ Administration for use on United States veterans to help with Post-Traumatic Stress Disease (PTSD). The largest international recognized association of Emotional Freedom Technique practitioners is EFT International. Dr. Nall is an Advanced Certified Practitioner by EFT International and a Master Trainer certified by EFT & Mindfulness Centre. She has earned certification in Tapping Levels 1, 2, 3, Trauma, Picture Tapping, Quantum, Supervisor, Mentor and Trainer levels.
